So i'm at uni now and i'm loving my course and learning lots of new things, but i'm really struggling with my research and development.

I'm so used to just throwing together work on the fly i've never really been pushed to develop an idea. I see people producing sketchbooks and reflective diaries which look like time consuming pieces of art in themselves and basically i'm wondering where to begin.
Help anyone?

Uni begins tomorrow. Wish me luck.

Some of you may have noticed i've removed some of the work of yours i've favourited.
I wouldn't want anyone to take this personally, its more to do with a change in the direction that my art is going and my tastes having changed over the two years i've been here.
They are all still great pieces i just wanted my favourites section to be a little more selective and perhaps say something a little more pertinent.

Had my first art show today, it was a real buzz, loads of people made it and i even had offers for two people to take home my pieces.

Oh and my flapjack went down a treat too.

Woop woop, i got into Univercity. Just have to pass my course, find the money and i'm on my way.
